Welcome to JM Construction, Inc. Marina and Dock Division. We have been serving the Central and Southern California areas in Marina & Dock Construction since 1995. We have built literally dozens of docks on Lake Nacimiento in San Luis Obispo alone. Our first docks and marinas were built with traditional wood. Now we are pleased to be the only dealers and distributors for the nations largest aluminum boat dock manufacturers. We have also added the top of the line boat lift to our portfolio. We are the only dock and marina building that has the proper licensing from the California Contractors License Board on the Central Coast of California. With that proper licensing comes the proper insurance. Don't make the mistake of hiring an unlicensed contractor to build or maintain your dock.
